Orders and Shipping
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days from our Melbourne studio.
Once shipped, parcels are sent via Australia Post and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. International delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and local postal services.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be dispatched within 1–3 business days of the stock arriving at our warehouse. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the order and ship everything together once complete. However, if the pre-order item is expected more than 14 days after your order is placed, we may ship available items separately.
Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during sale periods. If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us at shop@olgadepolga.com.au before placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the postal carrier. We are unable to take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage that occur in transit.
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200.
For Australian orders under $200, Standard Shipping is $12.50, and Express Shipping is $16.95.
International and express rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

As we aim to dispatch orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
Yes — we love sending Olga de Polga pieces around the world.

Pre-order items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of the stock arriving at our Melbourne warehouse.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Full-priced items may be returned for store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues unless an item is deemed faulty.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
You are welcome to return items in person to our Fitzroy flagship store, where store credit or exchange can be processed on the spot.
Once your return is received, please allow 2–5 business days for processing.

After your return is received, our team will be in touch with the next steps.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, we are however happy to provide an exchange or store credit.
Refunds are only provided if an item is deemed faulty.
Yes — we’re happy to offer exchanges on full-priced items within our 30-day return period.
When contacting us to arrange your return and exchange, what size or istyle you would like. We are happy to hold items for exchange for up to 14 days.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process your exchange.
If your chosen item is of a higher value, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. If it is of a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
We cover the cost of shipping your exchanged item back to you. If the item you request is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the returned item.
Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Our team carefully quality checks every item before it leaves our warehouse. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at shop@olgadepolga.com.au and include clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for faults resulting from normal wear and tear or from not following the garment care instructions.

Each product page includes a size guide, which you can find just below the sizing options. This provides detailed garment measurements to help you choose the best fit.
The product description will also include notes on the fit of the garment, such as whether it is fitted, true to size or oversized.

From our 2022 collection onwards, we moved from numerical to alphabetical sizing to make things easier for our customers to understand.
The equivalent sizes are:
00 = XS
0 = S
1 = M
2 = L
3 = XL
4 = 2XL
5 = 3XL

Products and Fabrics
All of our collections are designed in Melbourne, with a focus on thoughtful construction, quality and longevity.
Our garments are produced in South Korea in partnership with trusted manufacturing teams who share our commitment to craftsmanship.
We use a mix of natural fibres, recycled materials and premium blends chosen for comfort, durability and responsible production. Detailed fabric information is listed on every product page.
Care instructions are included on the garment label and on the product page for each style. Following these guidelines helps maintain the quality and lifespan of your clothing.
We often restock core and current season styles if they sell out. However, older or past-season styles are generally not restocked.
Due to the limited production of some fabrics and prints, certain pieces are unable to be reproduced once sold out.

Payments and Gift Cards
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and interest free instalments through Afterpay or Shop Pay where available.
We also accept payments with store credit or gift cards.
All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Yes — we offer digital gift cards available online from $25 to $400.
Gift cards are delivered via email and can be used both online and in-store. If you would like to purchase a higher amount, please get in touch with our team at shop@olgadepolga.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist.
