SHIPPING 

After ordering online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Olga de Polga containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 1 to 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at hello@olgadepolga.com.au

Standard delivery is $12 within Australia, Australia Post will look after your purchase delivery. Tracking is included and will be sent to you as soon as the order is on its way. 

International Shipping

For deliveries to the rest of the world, please contact us. 

 

RETURNS

Did you take a tumble with your purchase? As part of the Return Policy and under the Australian Consumer Law, where goods are faulty, you have the freedom of returning your product within seven days of receiving it. Please send us an email describing the issue, pack the product nicely, and we strongly recommend returning the product via Registered post. Olga de Polga will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

We will offer you a repair, credit voucher or a refund upon receiving the item, and after assessing the problem back here at the store. Alternatively, you can also always swap the product for another one.

If you find that your garment purchase does not fit the way you expected it would, we happily invite you to return the garment and exchange it for another size or alternatively we can offer a credit note. We are unable to refund the product if you simply change your mind. We are unable cover the cost of return shipping and we advise that the parcel be trackable so not to be lost during transit and it ensured that it is received at our office. 

Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unused and not washed for us to be able to accept them back. They must have all labels and tags still attached. 

We offer a 14 day return policy, which begins the day you receive the garment. We do strongly recommend being aware of the period in which it may take for delivery as we do require the garment to be delivered at our office within the this amount of days. 

Of course, we hope you’re still skipping merrily once you have received your purchase.  But, just in case - these options are available to you.
