Shipping and Delivery

All orders are sent from Melbourne and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address. Despatch delays may take place during sale and promotion periods. If you need your order in a hurry please email us at shop@olgadepolga.com.au.

Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or late deliveries.

Shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand of postage services in Australia and around the world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. 

 

CREDIT NOTES

At Olga de Polga, we offer exchanges or credit note only for change of mind. Please email (shop@olgadepolga.com.au) within 3 days of receiving your order and items must be returned with 14 days of receiving it. 

We recommend you use tracking on postal returns. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unused and not washed, for us to be able to accept them. If the garment is not in ‘original condition’ we will be unable to accept the garment or offer credit. Once we receive your garment in the post, we will issue you a store credit voucher which you may use online and in our stores.

Email at us shop@olgadepolga.com.au to notify of us that you will be returning the garment.

FAULTY

On the rare occasion that your item is faulty please email shop@olgadepolga.com.au describing the fault (with a picture if possible) and when and where it was purchased. We will advise what to do next. 

We do our very best to ensure the product image colour matches each specific product. The product image on our website is a reference for each product, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers and devices. Exchanges in colour will be treated as a change of mind and therefore can only be accepted as an exchange or for a credit note. 

If you purchased an item from one of our stockists, it is the between the stockist and yourself to come to an agreement on any faulty items.
