We offer FREE standard shipping for Australian orders over $100.
Postage costs for orders under $100 and for express post will be calculated at check out. This depends on the weight of your parcel and the distance it is being sent.

All orders are sent from Melbourne and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
We use Australia Post to send our parcels, with most items arriving within 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your state.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address. You will also receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Dispatch delays may take place during sale and promotion periods. If you need your order in a hurry please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or late deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
At Olga de Polga, we take pride in our garments and are sure you will love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right.
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returned items will be issued with a store credit, or exchange if requested.
Some sale or discounted styles are marked "final sale". There are strictly no returns or refunds on these styles unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Postage costs for returns are to be covered by the customer.

1. Make sure your order is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to let them know you are returning an item. You can also let them know if you want an exchange.

Please ensure you keep a copy of the tracking number, as we cannot take responsibility for packages lost in the mail.
4. Once your return is received, we will process your store credit or exchange as requested
Yes! Just visit our flagship store at 261 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, and the staff there will be happy to process your return.
When you email us about your return, please let us know if you'd like an exchange, and if that exchange is for another size or a different style.
When your return is received at the warehouse, we will process your exchange.
If your chosen item is higher value than the one you purchased, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
If the item you wish to exchange for is of lower value, you will receive the different in store credit.
We will cover the cost of shipping to post your new item to you.
Our customer service team do a quality control check on every item before posting it out.
In the rare event that you do receive a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the fault. If approved, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for faults that are a result of normal wear and tear, or by not following care instructions.
When your return has been processed, you will your store credit in an email. This email will contain a personalised code. Enter this code next time you check out to apply your credit.
Please ensure you keep this email and code safe, as you are the only person who has access to this.
