Loyalty Program Terms And Conditions
Welcome to Olga de Polga VIP Rewards!
What are these terms about?
Olga de Polga, (also referred to in these terms as "Company", "we", "us" or "our") runs a loyalty rewards program ("Program") for the benefit of our customers and to continue building connection between our followers.
"You" or "Member" in the context of these terms means you!
As a loyal member for the Program you will be rewarded points for shopping and connecting with Olga de Polga. Rewards include exclusive coupons you can redeem at checkout, as a thank you for your loyalty and continued support.
These terms apply when you enrol in the Program by registering at www.olgadepolga.com.au ("Website").
The Olga de Polga Rewards Program is currently available to all customers, worldwide.
Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about these terms. If you don’t agree to these terms, please do not use the Program. By using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We may change any part of these terms at any time by updating this page of the Website, including by changing the values of the Program points, the benefits and rewards applicable (“Benefits”) or any other feature of the Program, so you may find that different terms apply next time you interact with the Program. We will endeavour to provide at least 2 weeks’ notice before changing the Benefits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- You must be an individual to be eligible to enrol in the Program.
- By signing up to the Program you represent and confirm that you are:
- an individual and not a company or organisation:
- not an employee or individual employed by Olga de Polga: and
- not an employee or individual employed by one of our stockists
- Registering is free and easy. To enrol in the Program you must sign-up, register, and receive an account through the Website. ("Account")
- As part of the registration process you may be required to provide personal information and details, such as your email address, billing, postal and physical addresses, first and last name, date of birth, a secure password, mobile phone number and other information as determined by us from time to time.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account information and your password; and
- any activities of any third parties that occur through your Account, whether those activities have been authorised by you or not.
- You confirm that all information given at the time completing your Account registration will always be honest, accurate and up-to-date.
- By enrolling in the Program to consent to receive marketing emails and communications from us, including reminder emails notifying you that your points are about to expire.
- You acknowledge and agree that by opting-out of the communications relating to the Program you will not receive emails relating to the Benefits applicable to you.
- We will use email to communicate the Member’s tier status, notify Member of eligibility for a benefit, communicate Program changes and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, we may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
3. OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM
- As a Member, you will receive points ("Points") for completing certain activities as advertised by Olga de Polga on our Website or offical socials, such as leaving a review or following us on our social accounts.
- Points can be redeemed on the Olga de Polga Rewards platform, which can be accessed via your Account on our Website.
- When redeemed, Points will grant you vouchers to use when ordering Olga de Polga products. The value of the voucher rewarded for redeeming the Points will be calculated based on the number of Points redeemed and subject to the then current value of Points as set out on the Website.
- Purchases of merchandise and/or services, after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made at OlgadePolga.com.au, count toward your Program reward points. The purchase of an Olga de Polga eGift Card will not be applied to point earnings. Additional items may be excluded from point accumulation at the sole discretion of Olga de Polga.
- All vouchers granted for redeeming Points will be in Australian Dollars.
- A “Cycle” means a period of 12 months from the date on which you last made a purchase from Olga de Polga. At the end of every Cycle, your Points will reset to 0. You acknowledge and agree that unused Points at the end of a Cycle expire at the end of that Cycle.
- Points will be added to your Account 14 days after completing the activity advertised as rewarding Points by Olga de Polga.
- No transfer. Program benefits may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Company’s return policy available at https://olgadepolga.com.au/pages/shipping-returns. Upon the return of an item, the spend and point amount applied to Program for the original purchase will be deducted from the Member’s account.
5.1 COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CHANGE/CANCEL PROGRAM
- Company may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes.
- Company reserves the right to revoke the membership of any Member in the Program and/or revoke any or all benefits the Member may be entitled to, if in the sole and absolute discretion of Company, a Member abuses any of the Program privileges, fraudulently uses the Program, fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise earns benefits through deception, forgery and/or fraud.
- If for any reason we cease to run the Program we will endeavour to give you 4 weeks’ notice and the opportunity to spend your Points in this notice period.
5.2 TERMINATION BY YOU
- You may terminate your Account and your access to the Program at any time by disabling your Account through the Website.
EFFECT OF TERMINATION
- Upon termination of these terms:
- your access to the Program will be revoked;
- any Points that you have earned will automatically expire; and
- your Account may be terminated.
- Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit the operation of the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) ("ACL"). Under the ACL, you may be entitled to certain remedies (like a refund, replacement or repair) if the goods we provide are faulty and/or damaged.

How does Olga de Polga Rewards work?
As a registered Olga de Polga Rewards member, each time you shop and connect with Olga de Polga you’ll earn points which will build up in your Account over time. Once you hit a certain level of points, you will receive rewards vouchers as a thank you for supporting Olga de Polga. You can opt to use these rewards at anytime upon checkout.
You can earn points for every dollar spent on our site (excluding for the purchase of eGift Cards), and for completing various actions, such as creating an account, sharing your birthday with us, and signing up to our newsletter. How do I sign up to Olga de Polga Rewards?
Registering is free and easy via the ‘Sign In / Register’ section of the main menu. Please note, the email address you choose when creating your account is used as your membership ID and will not be able to be changed after doing so.
Do I need to join Olga de Polga Rewards if I am already an Olga de Polga customer? Is my previous spend included prior to joining?
All Olga de Polga customers who have a registered website account automatically become an Olga de Polga Rewards member.
If you have chosen checkout as a Guest, you are still able to earn points on your purchases and actions, but it’s not until you join Olga de Polga Rewards that you will be able to turn them into rewards that you can redeem.
