Returns
Returns Procedure:
All returns will be issued a Store Credit. Olga de Polga will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product: Is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any Olga de Polga representative.
In both return cases, you must send us back your purchased items with tags still in-tact before being issued either an online exchange code or refund back to the original form of payment.
In both instances, you must return goods within 14 days of purchase. If you’ve already worn it and then noticed that somethings not quite right with it, email us at shop@olgadepolga.com.au with photos and we’ll have a look at it.
All sale and discounted styles are deemed final sale during our big active promotional sale periods. There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Returns Costs:
Please note that the cost of shipping a Return back to us is at your cost (unless we deem it faulty and we will send you a prepaid return bag) and the Return remains your responsibility until received at our head office. Please also note that once your Return has been received at out head office it may take up to 5 business days for us to process for you.

If you are wishing to return an item which is incorrect or faulty, please email us immediately at shop@olgadepolga.com.au so we can rectify the situation.
