The print:

The Kona print in the AW25 Odyssey collection is inspired by the serene yet powerful nature of landscapes. Featuring undulating, layered hills and mountains in a rich gradient of earthy tones, the print captures the essence of vast, open horizons. The colours range from deep reds and browns to soft pinks, blues, and greys, creating a calming and harmonious flow across the design. The subtle shifts in colour represent the changing landscapes seen on journeys and explorations, reflecting the ebb and flow of time and nature. The Kona print embodies the beauty of the natural world, inviting the viewer to lose themselves in its layered depth while tying into the theme of discovery, resilience, and the quest for new horizons in the Odyssey collection.

The fabric:

A heavy viscose crepe fabric blend, permanantely pleated. The luxurious drape accentuates the pleats, allowing them to cascade gracefully and creating a sense of fluid movement with every step.

Your Olga de Polga pleated skirt is designed with permanently set pleats and a beautifully heavy drape. To maintain its elegant structure and fabric quality, follow these care guidelines:

• Gentle Hand Wash or Cold Machine Wash – Use a laundry bag and select a delicate cycle to protect the pleats.
• Mild Detergent Only – Avoid fabric softeners or harsh chemicals, as they can affect the fabric's texture.
• Do Not Wring or Twist – Gently press out excess water to maintain the pleats.
• Air Dry Flat or Hang to Drip Dry – Avoid pegging the pleats; instead, hang from the waistband to keep their shape.
• Do Not Iron or Steam – Heat can relax the pleats, so if needed, use a cool iron only on the waistband. You should not need to iron the pleats.
• Store Hanging – Keeping your skirt hung up will help preserve the pleats and prevent creasing.
