Care instructions for your printed cotton corduroy garment:

Washing:
Gentle Cycle: Use a gentle or delicate cycle on your washing machine to minimise wear and tear on the fabric.

Machine Washing:

• Cold Water: Always use cold water to prevent any colour fading and to maintain the delicate texture.
• Mild Detergent: Use a mild, colour-safe detergent to protect the fabric and maintain its colour.
• Turn Inside Out: To safeguard the delicate corduroy and reduce friction, turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Fasten Zippers and Buttons: Make sure all zippers and buttons are fastened to prevent snagging during the wash.
• Use a Laundry Bag: Placing the garment in a mesh laundry bag will further protect it from rubbing against other items.

Hand Washing:

• Fill a Basin: If you prefer hand washing, fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of mild detergent.
• Gentle Agitation: Gently agitate the water with your hands to clean the garment without excessive scrubbing.
• Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the garment with cold water until all detergent is removed.

Drying:

• Do Not Wring: Avoid wringing out the garment, as it can damage the delicate fabric. Instead, gently press out excess water by placing it between clean, dry towels.
• Lay Flat: Lay the garment flat on a clean, dry towel to air dry. Ensure it is in its natural shape to preserve the subtle ribbed texture.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Don't expose the garment to direct sunlight for extended periods, as it can cause fading.

Ironing:

• Low Heat: If necessary, use a low heat setting on your iron to gently press the garment turning it inside out first. Ensure they are dry before ironing.
• Use a Cloth: Place a clean cloth or pressing cloth over the fabric when ironing to protect the delicate corduroy and subtle ribbed texture.

Storage:

• Hang or Fold Carefully: When storing your cord garment, either hang them by the waistband or fold them carefully to maintain their shape.
• Avoid Overcrowding: Prevent overcrowding in your closet to avoid wrinkling and damage to the fabric.
