At Olga de Polga, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Australian Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200.

For Australian orders under $200:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.50

  • Express Shipping: $16.95

Orders are sent via Australia Post from our Melbourne studio.

International Shipping

We ship internationally, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and destination.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their local authorities.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days from our Melbourne studio.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel in transit.

Please note that dispatch times may be slightly longer during sale or promotional periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, parcels sent within Australia typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the shipping carrier.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of the stock arriving at our Melbourne warehouse.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will generally be held and shipped together once all items are available.

If a pre-order item is expected to arrive more than 14 days after your order is placed, we may ship available items separately.

Order Changes

If you need to update your order — including your address, size, or items — please contact us as soon as possible at shop@olgadepolga.com.au.

As we aim to dispatch orders quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.

Shipping Issues

Once your parcel has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. Olga de Polga is unable to take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit.
