Refund policy
At Olga de Polga, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist with an exchange or store credit in accordance with the policy below.
Returns on Full-Priced Items
Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligible returns may be processed as either:

Store credit, or
-
Exchange for another size or item
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition

Returned with all original tags attached
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Olga de Polga cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased online may also be returned in person to our Fitzroy flagship store, where exchanges or store credit can be processed at the time of return.
Processing Returns
Once your return has been received by our team, please allow 2–5 business days for the return to be assessed and processed.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at shop@olgadepolga.com.au with a description and photographs of the issue.
Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which provides rights and remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
