These are a comfortable pant crafted from a mid-weight, extremely soft stretch cotton velvet. They have a large amount of spandex, allowing them to stretch easily in all areas, including the hips and legs. The Peggy pants in soft velvet will not stretch as much as the Peggy Jeans. Please ensure to check your measurements for Peggys in different fabrics.
