All orders are sent from Melbourne and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address. Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or late deliveries.
