SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 with Australia Post, within Australia. Orders under $150, postage will be calculated at the checkout.

Standard Post: Please allow 3-6 days from dispatch. 

Express Post: Order before 3pm week days and we will dispatch same or the next available day. Allow 1-2 business days to receive your order (Depending on Destination). The price will be calculated at the check out.

International: The price will be calculated at the checkout. Allow 10+ business days.

We endeavour to dispatch orders on the day they are received (Monday-Friday), where possible. If you need your order in a hurry please email us at orders@olgadepolga.com.au. During sales and busy periods there may be dispatch delays.

We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or late deliveries.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CREDIT NOTES

Made a tumble with your order? No worries. We allow exchanges and credit notes on all orders only if they are disputed (we receive an email from you) within 3 days of receiving your order. We offer 14 days to return your order from the day of receiving your order in the mail. Please note that items must be returned to us within these 14 days.

If you change your mind, we only offer a credit note or exchange on another available product of your choice. It is your responsibility to return the product, in perfect condition, to us. We recommend you use tracking on postal returns. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unused and not washed, for us to be able to accept them. They must have all labels and tags still attached. If the garment is not in ‘original condition’ we will be unable to accept the garment or offer credit.

Email at us shop@olgadepolga.com.au to notify of us that you will be returning the garment and whether you would like to exchange or a credit note with the tracking number of the parcel.

FAULTY

On the rare occasion that your item is faulty please email admin@olgadepolga.com.au describing the fault (with a picture if possible) and when and where it was purchased. We will advise what to do next. 

We do our very best to ensure the product image colour matches each specific product. The product image on our website is a reference for each product, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers and devices. Exchanges in colour will be treated as a change of mind and therefore can only be accepted as an exchange or for a credit note. 

If you purchased an item from one of our stockists, it is the between the stockist and yourself to come to an agreement on any faulty items.
