Shipping and Delivery
All orders are sent from Melbourne and dispatched within 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address. Despatch delays may take place during sale and promotion periods.
We endeavour to dispatch orders on the day they are received (Monday-Friday), where possible. If you need your order in a hurry please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping lead times may be affected due to the high demand of postage services in Australia and around the world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
Once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. We do not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or late deliveries.

We offer credit notes on all orders only if they are disputed via email (email@example.com) within 3 days of receiving your order. We offer 14 days to return your order from the day of receiving your order in the mail. Please note that items must be returned to us within these 14 days.
If you change your mind, we offer a store credit. Once we receive your garment in the post, we will issue you a store credit voucher which you then may use on the fresh garment of your dreams. You can use your store credit both online and in our stores. We do not hold items for exchanges. The store credit never expires.
It is your responsibility to return the product, in perfect condition, to us. It is also your responsibility to pay for shipping, both when you post the garment back to us, and when you order your new garment with your store credit. We do not offer free shipping on exchanges.
We recommend you use tracking on postal returns. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unused and not washed, for us to be able to accept them. If the garment is not in ‘original condition’ we will be unable to accept the garment or offer credit.

You may also return online orders for exchange or store credit in person to our stores.
On the rare occasion that your item is faulty please email email@example.com describing the fault (with a picture if possible) and when and where it was purchased. We will advise what to do next.
We do our very best to ensure the product image colour matches each specific product. The product image on our website is a reference for each product, however we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers and devices. Exchanges in colour will be treated as a change of mind and therefore can only be accepted as an exchange or for a credit note.
If you purchased an item from one of our stockists, it is the between the stockist and yourself to come to an agreement on any faulty items.
